Within the MPC 2 Software, you have the ability to playback your project at either a global tempo, which all sequences will follow, or at a tempo individual to each sequence.
To change how each BPM is set, and to determine which BPM will be followed, click the Seq/Gbl button, as highlighted below.
Sequence:
The tempo will follow that of each individual sequence.
Global:
The tempo will follow this value, regardless of the sequence tempo.
