1. Go to Menu > Preferences > PROJECT LOAD/SAVE.
2. Double tap the NEW PROJECT DIALOG dropdown menu and select Demo/Template/Recent.
Note: If your MPC shows "Demo/Template/Recent (not installed)," please open a support ticket.
