When your MPC is running on battery power, you'll see a “Start” button before the unit fully loads. If it's connected to mains power, it skips this step and goes straight to the main interface.
If this seems random, it's just because the MPC behaves differently depending on how it's powered at that time.
The “Start” button appears only when using battery power as an extra confirmation step. This helps prevent the MPC from accidentally turning on while it's in a bag or another storage space. When connected to mains power, this step isn't necessary, so the unit starts up normally without showing the prompt.
